What can a client expect from us ?

Competence and capacity

Before agreeing to undertake any assignment, we will

 

Verify that we have the resources, time, knowledge and expertise to handle your specific assignment.

Consulting relationship

As part of the consulting relationship our consultant will proactively help you with the specification of the position to be filled, applying his or her knowledge of the industry and of the potential supply of qualified executives.

Confidentiality

We will treat any and all information you give with, utmost confidentiality and will disclose information to candidates with care and discretion.

What can a candidate expect from us ?

Discretion

To safeguard your confidentiality, the consultant will:

Obtain your authorization before submitting your profile to the client organization.

Advise the client about confidentiality and the need for the utmost discretion.

Clarity about the position and the company

In order to make the right decision, you need to know as much as possible about the position and the client organization. Be aware, however, that on many occasions the consultant may be under an obligation to share only limited information in your early contacts with him or her. Once you have been identified as a qualified candidate, and have expressed your interest in being an active candidate, the consultant will endeavour to give you as complete and accurate information as he or she can about the client and the position.

Respect for your current responsibilities

When scheduling appointments and interviews, the consultant should demonstrate the utmost respect for your time, your position and your responsibilities to your employer.

The Candidate / Consultant relationship

We try to ensure that there is no conflict between the candidate’s and the client’s interest. We do recognize the importance of the decision the candidate may be asked to make, and to respect his or her interests.
