Nirmit has 19 years experience in executive search. He is often cited as a pioneer of retained executive search consulting in India. His search experience at the CXO levels spans across industries which includes large Indian groups, multinational conglomerates and start–up ventures. A large part of his engagements have been cross border in nature. He has successfully partnered with over 100 clients.

Nirmit is a qualified Engineer and has been trained internationally in the latest methodologies of retained executive search. Nirmit has served two years as the Chairman of Penrhyn International and also been on the global board of directors of the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC). His current responsibilities include being on the Asia Pacific Board of AESC, on the board of trustees and charter member for The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE) and the Chairman of the Ethics Committee of the Executive Recruiters Association (ERA).

Nirmit was awarded the Penrhyn Chairman’s Award for outstanding contribution to the Global Network. In December 2006, Nirmit was awarded the “Enterprise Scions Award” for Entrepreneurship Excellence in the Services Sector by Institute of Technology & Management (An affiliate of University of Hampshire). The Economist magazine honored him in their publication “The Global 200 Executive Recruiters”. Photography continues to be his first passion.

Sonal is a commerce graduate with 14 years experience. She is an ICWA (Inter) and also possesses a diploma in business management. She is currently pursuing her MBA in HR from Symbiosis Institute. Sonal joined us in 2006 and spearheads our mid/senior management hiring needs and turnkey recruitment practice. Her experience includes working across the Engineering, Chemical, Process and Life Sciences sector. Her past experience includes Firminech, Corporate Couriers / TNT, K C Dyes & Chemicals, United Metal Industries.
